Self-care in the kitchen

You can’t pour from an empty cup, my dear friend. I have tried it, and it doesn’t work.

Mothers today find it increasingly difficult to make time to prioritise themselves.

I know you are saying yes, this all sounds wonderful but where would I find the time. There is multiple loads of washing, there is multiple projects to finish at work and there is kids activities to attend. However, monkey see, monkey do. A fabulous peer said to me in recent years, image the gift you are bestowing on your children when they see you adopt self-care.

Mothers are the gatekeepers to our children health and if we lead them by example they will follow.

Imagine what your children will feel when they grow up and instinctively understand they matter enough to stop, imagine how proud that will make you feel. I feel passionate about supporting women of today, who work long hours and often settle far away from their family and friends. Through children in the mix and life can get tricky, This is why I want to offer these workshops because this is when we need to sit down, be honest and share with other so we can learn from each other how to thrive, not just survive.

In sharing and in showing each other compassion, we can inspire each along.

This workshop first and foremost shows you how to NOURISH yourself, you need the right fuel to run. We then explore the complimentary activities that will support you through a busy and often chaotic period of your life.

Making time for movement.
Setting boundaries for Mum.
Practical planning and labels.
